Description

Adjustable differential pressure relief valve with degree scale

Technical data

The overflow valve is designed for a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar and a temperature range of 0-110 °C. It is suitable for water and glycol solutions with a glycol content of up to 30%.

Services

The setting range of the differential pressure is 100-400 kPa (10-40 m water column). The compact design ensures reliable pressure control and stable flow even under changing operating conditions.

Setting and connection

The degree scale allows simple and fine adjustment of the setpoint. Connections: 3/4” female thread (ISO 228-1), designed for suitable male thread with screw connection, for uncomplicated installation in existing systems.

Areas of application

Ideal for heating and cooling circuits, pump return control and as overcurrent protection in hydronic systems. The valve ensures constant pressure conditions and prevents flow disturbances in sensitive sections.

Installation instructions

When installing, pay attention to the flow direction and tight screw connections. Before commissioning, check that the pipe network is clean and slowly adjust the degree scale to the desired differential pressure in order to avoid hydraulic shocks.

Advantages

Easy to adjust, robust against glycol solutions up to 30% and suitable for a wide temperature range. The visible scale facilitates maintenance and quick adaptation to changing system conditions.
