Submit installation certificate for split air conditioning units
For certain air conditioning units containing fluorinated greenhouse gases, suitable proof is required before delivery that the installation was carried out by a certified specialist company.

Which certificates can be submitted?
Suitable documents include, for example, an order confirmation, appointment confirmation, invoice, or written confirmation from a certified specialist company stating that the installation of the air conditioning unit was carried out professionally.
- full name of the end customer
- delivery address
- order number, if already available
- name and contact details of the installing specialist company
- certificate as PDF, JPG, or PNG
Processing and delivery of affected units will only take place after verification of a suitable installation certificate.
